We do not discuss test results over the telephone. It is requested to kindly book an appointment to review your test results. You will be called if the results are abnormal, or the physician would like to discuss your results in more detail. Please ensure your contact information is up to date with the reception.
If you require the services of other physicians or clinics, our office will arrange the referral for you. You should receive notification of the referral appointment by telephone or mail within 7-10 days. If you do not hear from the clinic within this time frame, please call to ensure arrangements are being made. Please ensure your contact information is up to date. Making referral appointments is a lot of work.
